UK ORDERS:

Please allow 10 working days for your order to be completed, it will then be shipped out via 1st Class Royal Mail. At point of dispatch, delivery is expected within 1-2 postal days (does not include Sundays & Bank Holidays). Any free postage offer promotion is sent via 2nd class - please allow up to 7 working days to arrive.

Men's and children's clothing items are printed to order, and dispatched directly from the printing house. They aim to keep turnaround times within 3 to 5 working days.

Mugs, Totes & Other Accessories

UK ORDERS:

Accessory items are made to order, and dispatched directly from the printing house. They aim to keep turnaround times within 3 to 5 working days. 

If you have not received your item 5 working days from the dispatch date, please get in touch.

WORLDWIDE:

If you have not received your item 10 working days from the dispatch date, please get in touch.

Returns

Damaged - if you receive items that are damaged, you must send photo's along with your name and order no to info@essentialoilclothing.co.uk.

If you have been using your item and it becomes damaged, you must send photo's along with your name and order no to info@essentialoilclothing.co.uk.

Replacement, refund or fixing of item's will be down to the discretion of Essential Oil Clothing.

 

Refunds - are only accepted upon the safe return of items in a re-sellable condition. Only products which have not been hand-made, or printed to order can be returned for a full refund (excludes postage).

Items that are made to order unfortunately are not available for refunds.

If you would like to return your item for a refund, please email your name and order no to info@essentialoilclothing.co.uk before sending the item back.

 

Any problems at all please do not hesitate to get in touch. In most cases if there is damage to your item or it becomes defective, I will do my very best to fix your item to save any wastage.
